It supports features like real-time inventory tracking for precious metals, GST-compliant invoicing, and AI-driven analytics—but it does not constitute professional advice, guarantees results, or ensure regulatory compliance.

You are responsible for data input accuracy, system configuration, and verifying outputs against your specific needs.

No Professional Advice

• Our software generates reports, calculations, and insights for informational purposes only.
• Sioniq does not provide any legal, tax, financial, accounting, or regulatory advice.
• Features like compliance checklists aid workflows but do not replace statutory obligations.

Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive for high quality:

• While SIONIQ endeavors to maintain accurate and reliable functionality, the Services may be affected by user input errors, third-party integrations, regulatory updates, or technical factors beyond reasonable control.
• Jewelry-specific modules rely on your input.

Service Availability and Compatibility

• Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”; we do not warrant uninterrupted access, specific uptime (beyond SLAs in paid agreements), or compatibility with all devices, browsers, or third-party systems.
• Scheduled maintenance, updates, or force majeure events (e.g., cyberattacks, natural disasters) may cause downtime.

Regulatory and Industry Compliance

Customers bear full responsibility for compliance with laws and regulations as applicable to them.

Data and Third-Party Content

• Customer retains ownership of its data. SIONIQ shall process such data solely for providing Services in accordance with applicable agreements. Responsibility for accuracy and legal compliance of uploaded data remains with the Customer.
• SIONIQ implements reasonable security safeguards in accordance with its Security Policy. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Liability for security-related matters shall be governed by applicable agreements and law.
• Third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, analytics) are governed by their terms; Sioniq is not liable for their performance.

Warranties Disclaimed

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIONIQ disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where expressly agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Sioniq will not assume any liability for consequential, incidental, special, punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss, business interruption)—even if advised of possibility.

Any liability (if any) arising under this Disclaimer shall be subject to the limitations set forth in the “Terms of Use” policy or executed agreement between the parties.

Claim Limitation

Any claim arising out of or relating to the Services must be brought within Twelve (12) months from the date the cause of action arises.

Force Majeure and External Risks

Force majeure events shall be governed by the applicable “Terms of Use” policy or service agreement.

No Reliance

You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representation, statement, or warranty not expressly set forth in the governing agreement.

Severability

If any portion of this Disclaimer policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Changes and Acceptance

We may update this policy from time-to-time; Continued use of Services following policy updates constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Disclaimer policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy or claimed arising out of this policy shall be governed by the Indian laws and regulations. Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
