This Policy applies to personal data collected through our website, ERP platform, and official business interactions unless expressly governed by separate contractual terms.
This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure, transfer or otherwise processing of your data by SIONIQ, which operates various websites, platforms, and other services including but not limited to delivery of data and content via any mobile or internet connected device or otherwise (collectively the “Services”).
Services also means the products and services made available by Us via SIONIQ ERP Software, modules, and feature(s) or Our cloud software and applications for businesses, including associated applications (“Software”).
We process personal data based on defined legal grounds, including contractual necessity, legitimate business interest, legal obligation, or consent where required. By accessing the Company website or this application (“Platform”) or otherwise using the Services, you consent to collection, storage, use, disclosure or otherwise processing of the data that you provide (including your personal information) in accordance with this Privacy Policy for any of the platform or services that the Company offers. Before sharing any information representing any third-party or any other entity / person / people, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. What information we collected about you
The information is collected when you interact with SIONIQ Sites and Applications. This info falls into two categories:
- The personal data / information that you share with us, such as your name, address, email address, and contact details and payment details.
- Non-personal information collected, which includes tracking information collected by us as well as third parties.
Personal Information You Provide Directly to Us
SIONIQ may ask you to provide your personal information, demographic information or the information about your preferences or interests when you do:

- Download SIONIQ ERP Software’s Free Edition or Trial Edition.

- Participate in communities or forums on our Sites.
- Submit user-generated information on any part of SIONIQ Sites that permits it.

Role of SIONIQ
For ERP data uploaded by Customers, SIONIQ acts as a Data Processor. For website usage data, billing information, and marketing communications, SIONIQ acts as a Data Controller. Further, we collect and process only personal data that is necessary for defined and legitimate business purposes.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to: Provide Services; Comply with legal obligations; Resolve disputes; and Enforce agreements. Upon termination of Services, Customer data may be deleted after a defined retention period unless legally required otherwise.
Combination of Your Information
To perform the above functions, we may match information collected from you through different means or at different times, including both personal information and non-personal information, and use such information along with data obtained from other sources (including third-parties), such as demographic information and updated contact information. Our third-party service providers or we may also use your information to assess the level of interest in, and use of the Sites, our emails, and our other campaigns both on an individual basis and in the aggregate. We may also use and / or combine information we collect offline or from third party sources to check the accuracy of, enhance and supplement your user records, and to better customize your experience with us.

Please note that your request to not to receive unsolicited commercial emails from us will not apply to messages that you request or that are not commercial.
